Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to perform inspections and tests ensuring installation work meets plans and standards. You will document findings, report issues, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements across projects.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions. Travel, overtime, and after-hours duties may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telecom construction standards and documentation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans and specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers for compliance.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Support project activities and installation milestones as directed by management.
• Possess overtime, travel, and after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
