Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installation work, perform inspections and tests, and monitor compliance across projects. You will document findings and collaborate with teams to drive improvements and ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role requires at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in various weather while traveling as needed. We offer weekly pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid State driver\'s license with clean driving record
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Quality control experience preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of telecommunications construction industry standards
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans meet specs
• Perform final inspections requested by customers for compliance
• Identify issues and report for resolution
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved
• Ensure all required testing is completed and documented
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call duties in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

• Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• One year of relevant work experience

Additional Qualifications

• Quality control experience preferred
• Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouse
• Occasionally: work at heights, use ladder, life greater than 55 pounds
