Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience with quality control, inspection, or auditing of fieldwork preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecom installation processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections of telecom installations and infrastructure.
• Perform underground construction QA and drop/fiber work checks.
• Document findings and generate detailed quality reports and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with field technicians and dispatch to resolve issues.
• Assist with training and coaching on QC procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and SOPs for QC processes.
