What you'll be doing

Act as the primary quality leader for the assigned area, responsible for developing and executing the annual Quality plan, including setting goals, coordinating training, and conducting internal audits.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Quality-related matters and challenges.
Lead root cause investigations, implement effective corrective actions, and drive ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
Manage customer complaint responses and support audit activities to maintain regulatory and internal compliance.
Collect, analyze, and report on quality data and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and improvement strategies.

Skills and Experience Needed

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other STEM
3+ years’ experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality systems; auditing experience a plus
Experience with continuous improvement, problem-solving, and customer complaint resolution
Willingness to travel as needed (10–20%)
