CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Quality Control Coordinator in the Bloomington, MN area. The role oversees daily roofing production, ensures safety and quality, and maintains clear communication with customers and management.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full‑time Quality Control Coordinator to support sale reps in the Bloomington, MN area. Provides compensation $25/hr – $35/hr based on education & experience, plus premier benefits.

The QA Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily production of roofing projects. Monitor safety, quality of installations, and daily customer communication. QA Coordinator will report directly to the field supervisor, customer and management. They will be responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring that CentiMark Safety policies are followed. The QA Coordinator should be able to lead their team and install a quality CentiMark roof with hours provided and in a safe and orderly manner.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus. Previous roofing and sales experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license (in good standing)
• The successful candidate must show a positive work history and the ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
