Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring for a Quality Control Coordinator/Cleanroom Technician in Boston. The role maintains a sterile clean room environment, garbing, cleaning, and following strict SOPs to ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday with hours that may vary. Prior QC/cleaning experience and the ability to read SOPs are required, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs).
• Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing and/or safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing and cleaning the room.
• Follows clean room procedures and SOPs as aligned with facilities practices.
• Performs decontamination cleaning and project assignments with consistency and accuracy.
• Maintains documentation and conducts frequent quality control testing.
• Monitors stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials; manages contamination sources.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATOR/CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN position.
• Location: Boston Medical Center - 1 Boston Medical Center, Boston, MA 02118. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room, by garbing, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures that align with the facilities practices or guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Practices efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.
• Performs all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability. This also includes executing cleanroom cleaning SOP’s.
• Maintains documentation on all activities and frequent (often daily) quality control testing and verifies the efficiency of the work performed.
• Monitor and maintain the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.
• Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned
