Job summary

Vantage is seeking a QC Lab Analyst to perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples and final products, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of results. The role supports manufacturing and customer requirements within the Quality System (ISO 9000, FSSC 22000/22002) and adheres to cGMP.

Responsibilities include calibration, investigations of out-of-spec results, and collaboration with internal/external customers to maintain product quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in physical science and a minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience.
• Must be able to apply good safety practice, good laboratory practice (GLP) - cGMP, and operate to ISO 9000 as well as FSSC 22000/22002.
• Proficiency with instrumental analysis and wet chemistry; ability to troubleshoot and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out QC analytical work to the required methods and report results accurately.
• Comply with ISO 9000, FSSC 22000/22002 and cGMP standards relevant to the product area.
• Report accidents or hazardous incidents to management immediately.
• Calibrate lab equipment and maintain records for audits.
• Conduct investigations on out-of-spec results and assist CAPA activities.
