Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry required.
• Experience in Industrial or Specialty Gas strongly preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in an industrial lab with analytical methods, instrumentation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical procedures on pure and mixed gases and adapt standard methods for gas analysis.
• Run mixture calculations for routine mixtures and create specialty gas mixtures per customer specs; generate certificates of analysis.
• Test cylinders for safety and fill to required specs; coordinate electronic analytical tests to ensure gas mixtures meet customer requirements.
• Assist with FDA compliance evaluation of medical gases and set up/calibrate testing equipment to required standards.
