Hydrite Chemical Co. in South Carolina is seeking a QC Chemist to perform quality control analyses of incoming, manufactured, and outgoing materials and to support production and sales with QA/QC practices.

You will maintain records, operate laboratory instruments, calibrate equipment, and participate in process improvements to meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. The role requires a science-related bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and good English communication;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.
• Good laboratory analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to apply math and solve problems.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control analyses of incoming, manufactured, and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate, neat, and complete records in the lab.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment and perform QC checks.
• Assist in addressing customer product issues and investigate quality trends.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
