Job description

This role is responsible for conducting routine product testing, ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations (GMP, FDA, cGxP, ISO), and analyzing defects to drive quality improvements. The position works closely with Production and QA teams to investigate quality deviations, implement CAPAs, maintain lab equipment calibrations, and ensure meticulous documentation.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine testing of products, materials, and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record and document test results, including non-conformance or defect findings.
• Analyse defects, inconsistencies, or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, and ISO).
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to improve quality and resolve issues.
• Participate in investigations of quality issues and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of test equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related fields
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a quality control or related role within the pharmaceutical industry, including hands-on experience with testing equipment and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of cGxP, FDA and GMP regulations, Quality Control Laboratory Instruments
• Experience in Investigation writing skills,
• Experience in handling Liquid Formulation (Oral solutions, Suspension) is preferable.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
