In this role, you will collaborate across Quality Assurance and Manufacturing to solve technical problems, improve laboratory methods, and manage analytical investigations to ensure the highest product quality. **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead laboratory investigations and deviations, performing root cause analysis to minimize recurrence and ensuring timely closure within regulatory guidelines.* Act as a technical owner for laboratory methodology, maintaining analytical methods in a state of validation and ensuring all data execution remains in a state of control.* Drive continuous improvement in laboratory operations and business processes through lean initiatives and inspection readiness activities.* Review and approve analytical data while providing technical coaching and training to laboratory technicians to safeguard product quality.* Serve as a safety role model, identifying and eliminating laboratory hazards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. **What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent level of experience.* **Experience:** Demonstrated experience in cGMP laboratory operations and analytical methodology.* Proficiency in laboratory computer systems (SAP, Empower, OneLab, Veeva) and strong technical leadership skills. **What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):** * Advanced degree in Analytical Chemistry.* Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies in a laboratory setting.* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change management.* High level of proficiency in complex Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and protocol writing. **Additional Information:** * Location: Clinton, IN - On-site **Don't meet every single requirement?** Studies have shown underrecognized groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
