Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Quality Control Checker to accurately check and count products for inbound and outbound freight. The role ensures outbound orders are correct in quantity, quality, labeling and addressing, and reports shortages or damages as needed.

Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years in similar roles, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication, analytical, and customer service abilities.

• Checks contents of orders as filled and assembled by Order Selectors.
• Compare the quantity, quality, labeling and address with customer order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct.

• Computer applications experience using MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently
