Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Quality Control Assistant in Sun Valley, CA, to join a premier PCB and PWB manufacturer. The role is full-time and direct hire, with Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm shifts and a pay range of $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience.

The Quality Control Assistant will aid the QC team by performing inspections, tests, and audits, documenting results, and helping identify opportunities for improvement to ensure quality, safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a quality control environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Collect and analyze quality control data and provide feedback to the Quality Control team.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Document quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audits.
• Identify and report any quality control issues or deficiencies to the Quality Control team.
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality control problems, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
