Job summary

Hot Topic is seeking a Quality Control Associate at our Tennessee Distribution Center to ensure consistent product quality for the company’s brands. You will enforce quality control checks on materials, components, and assemblies and play a key role within the Quality Control Team.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with a Fri-Sun schedule (4:45am-5:15pm). The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and is ideal for someone who can work independently or with a team

Qualifications

• Previous DC experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Computer literate with Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product and packaging compliance and ensure that regulatory standards are met.
• Provide prompt alerts and/or solutions for non‑compliant shipments.
• Collaborates with the Receiving department and other departments inside the DC to process purchase orders.
• Process wholesale POs per Disney requirements.
• Performs other job duties as needed.
