Job summary

Mickey Truck Bodies, Inc. in High Point, NC is seeking a Quality Control Analyst II to join our Quality Control team. The role focuses on analyzing data, developing dashboards, and delivering reporting that drives continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and Power BI skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/dashboard software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, charts, and performance tracking documents.
• Analyze quality data using advanced Excel and data visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools.
• Prepare quality inspection packets and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for units requiring dealership attention.
• Assist the Quality team in meeting production deadlines and quality objectives.
• Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, email correspondence, printing, and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.
