We are seeking a high-performing Quality Analyst / Quality Planner to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a quality professional who thrives at the intersection of engineering, production, and customer satisfaction. Exceptional candidates are collaborative problem-solvers who influence without authority, translate complex technical requirements into practical shop-floor execution, and proactively identify opportunities to elevate quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
You will be responsible for developing quality plans, analyzing quality trends, supporting ASME and ISO compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and operational excellence.
