Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a dedicated pallet refurbishment worker on the 2nd shift in Caldwell, Idaho. You will inspect pallets for defects and remove damaged components to ensure quality standards are met.

This full-time role requires physical work, the ability to lift heavy pallets (75–85 lb), and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed. Terzo offers a comprehensive benefits plan and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift 75–85 lb pallets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pallets for defects and correct issues to meet specs.
• Remove damaged boards with pry bar/hammer, clean area during/after shift.
• Work overtime on weekends or rotating shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours

2nd shift

Monday – Friday

4 pm – 12:30 am

Weekend overtime as needed.

Duties

• Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Inspects pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
• Removes damaged boards with pry bar/hammer.
• Cleans area during and at end of shift.
• May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
• Performs other duties as required.

Skills

• Must be 18+ years old
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets
