Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Beltsville, MD is seeking a Quality and Continuous Improvement Coordinator to ensure the highest standards in our print production processes.

You will support development and implementation of training for the production team and partner with engineering and management to drive quality improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven QA and training background in manufacturing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and training in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify problems, patterns and implement corrections and report data as required.
• Experience with nonconformance documentation, root cause and corrective action analysis.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt and bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control processes across the print production workflow.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for production staff.
• Maintain records and generate reports on quality performance and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality with business goals.
