TCOM, L.P. in Columbia, MD (HQ) is seeking a Quality Systems, Compliance & Safety Manager to lead the organization across all facilities. You will report to the Director/Manager of Quality & Safety and ensure processes meet customer, aerospace, government-contract, statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.

You will define structures, coach staff, and build a culture of open reporting, quality, and safety while driving continual improvement and risk mitigation across the enterprise.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Safety, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of experience in Quality, compliance, safety, or regulated manufacturing.
• Aerospace, defense, and government-contract experience is preferred.

• Define organization structure, roles, responsibilities, authorities, and competency requirements.
• Lead Quality Systems, compliance, supplier quality, calibration, product-safety, and occupational-safety personnel.
• Establish ethical culture and drive continual improvement across facilities.
• Develop objectives, succession plans, and backup process owners.
• Create cross-functional teams and hold owners accountable for results.
• Plan and align quality and safety priorities with enterprise goals.
