Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking qualified personnel to support Global QA. You will assist with quality compliance systems, improve processes, and interact with cross-functional teams and external customers to uphold quality standards.

The role emphasizes audits, documentation, and maintaining adherence to 21 CFR 820 and ISO standards within a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Education aligned to scientific/engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to resolve customer inquiries.
• Proficient computer skills with basic data handling and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding systems and product inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Communicate customer concerns within the organization for timely resolution.
• Prepare written correspondence addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Develop reports and compile information for customers and management.
• Continuously improve internal systems and processes with a quality mindset.
• Participate in internal audits of the quality system under lead auditor direction.
• Adhere to current Quality System Regulations and update procedures.
• Assist with updating and developing new systems to streamline processes.
• Perform related duties as required.
