Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient in both oral and written routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to count inventory and validate items; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop new Quality Inspectors.
• Ensure consistent performance of hourly Quality Inspectors.
• Ensure resources are available to perform QA duties.
• Provide candid feedback on daily performance and yearly evaluations.
• Lead inbound customer inspections and cross-training strategy for the department.
• Drive adherence to Retailer's standards and quality objectives.
• Lead process improvements and special projects as directed by leadership.
• Motivate and develop the QA team to achieve goals.
