Job summary

Euromed Pharma US Inc is seeking a Director of Quality US to lead and champion quality assurance initiatives and shape the quality culture of a growing pharmaceutical organization. This high-impact role focuses on compliance, regulatory excellence, and driving continuous improvement across QA and distribution.

The candidate will oversee QMS, CAPA, trainings, inspections, and DSCSA compliance, partnering with supply chain and operations to ensure product integrity and regulatory readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 7+ years of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with FDA, DSCSA, State Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to support third-party logistics in compliance with regulations.
• Own and manage CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Complaints, Document Control, Data Integrity, Recalls and Internal Audits.
• Lead Management Reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory inspections and audits; represent the company during inspections.
