Job summary

Medline is seeking a Senior Quality Leader in Illinois to drive strategy, oversee multiple QA departments, and ensure compliant, high-quality Medline-branded products. You will coordinate with executives, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver on-time, safe products.

The role requires 7+ years in regulated medical device or related fields, strong data analysis, and advanced Excel skills. Travel up to 30% is expected, with a competitive salary package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical Field required.
• At least 7 years of experience in design/operation of medical device or drug combination product platforms or regulated industries.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of product specifications for Medline branded products, testing, inspection, and qualification.
• Partner with Supplier Audit and Division to optimize supplier relationships and quality programs.
• Develop and implement QA strategy and lead quarterly management reviews and customer presentations.
• Ensure compliance with QSR/GMP/ISO requirements through audits and continuous improvement.
• Oversee multiple departments, manage budgets, policies, and staffing to support strategic goals.
