Job summary

Nortera Foods Inc. seeks a Product Support Specialist/Quality Analyst to audit product quality, packaging, and weights. The role requires attention to detail and timely documentation, with training provided for the quality systems.

Second and third shifts are available (3 pm to 11 pm), with occasional weekends, vacation, and overtime coverage. This is a hands-on position in a growing plant focused on plant-based foods and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with computers; training provided for quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit quality elements of products at intervals not to exceed 30 minutes.
• Document findings electronically using the appropriate system/software.
• Consult daily production schedule to ensure accurate production.
• Ensure all products meet Federal and State Food Safety guidelines.

Your daily role:

• The primary role of a Product Support Specialist/ Quality analyst is to audit all quality elements of the products that we produce, (Product Grade, Package/Case Coding, Package Weights, etc.) at intervals not to exceed 30 minutes.
• All findings are electronically documented using the appropriate system/software.
• Consults the daily production schedule to ensure accurate production.
• All products produced must meet stringent Federal and State Food Safety guidelines and requirements.

Your profile

Successful candidates for this role typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and are proficient with computers. Prior quality experience is not required; we are willing to train. The standard hours are second shift (3 pm to 11 pm) or third shift (3 pm to 11 pm). with occasional weekend, vacation, and overtime coverage required.
