Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant (authorization, claims, quality or billing) experience is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient charts are accurate and contain all necessary information.
• Ensure sales orders are accurate and complete.
• Update patient insurance policies and adjust sales orders as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility by contacting payors as needed.
• Perform basic billing functions to ensure correct billing of sales orders.
• Assist providers and patients in understanding payor coverage requirements.
