Job summary

Merz North America, Inc is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide quality engineering and technical support across operations, sustaining engineering, R&D, and new product introduction. You will assist NCR/CAPA processes, support regulatory inspections, and uphold quality systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 2+ years in medical device experience; ASQ certification is a plus. Hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week is available; benefits include comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Medical Device or similar experience.
• ASQ Quality Engineer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead/assist NCR and CAPA activities and investigations.
• Support regulatory inspections and compliance with standards.
• Provide quality system support across departments.
• Help manage staff, training, and performance in QA.
