Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Automation Engineer for a 12+ month engagement in New York City with hybrid onsite work. The role requires 8+ years of software testing, fintech experience, and mandatory AI expertise.

You will drive UI and API automation and enhance frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and K6. The successful candidate will mentor other quality engineers, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and work in a dynamic, venture-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5 years software engineering experience).
• 8+ years of software testing experience.
• Fintech, Trading or Financial services industry experience is must have.
• AI Experience is mandatory.
• Expertise in test automation on UI, API (REST Assured).
• Experience in enhancing existing Test Automation frameworks – Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, K6 etc.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5 years software engineering experience)
• 8+ years of software testing experience
• Fintech, Trading or Financial services industry experience is must have.
• AI Experience is mandatory.
• Expertise in test automation on UI, API(rest Assured)
• Experience in enhancing existing Test Automation frameworks – Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, K6 etc.

Desired Qualification

• Experience in E2E Automation, contract testing, API Automation, load & performance testing
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience mentoring other quality engineers
• Proven track-record of teamwork and delivery
• Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups
• Experience developing with Typescript and Node a big plus
