You will verify audit results, drive corrective actions, and participate in Kaizen events to improve quality and productivity.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 5 years in manufacturing, with strong communication, teamwork, and ISO9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑department collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel, familiarity with BaaN.
• Ability to lead teams and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Verify, document, and communicate audit results and track corrective actions.
• Participate in improvement teams and Kaizen events.
• Write procedures, standard work, and visual aids to support production.
• Assist in product testing and calibration of tools per plant standards.
• Administer the non-conforming material warehouse as needed.
• Support ISO audits and ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist Quality Engineer and lead PFMEAs, Control Plans, and CARS/SCARS.
