Job summary

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia-Pacific company, is seeking a Quality Auditor for our Jonesboro, AR facility. You will audit and test plastic food-packaging products to ensure quality and food safety, and you will analyze data to guide corrective actions.

Role requires basic quality experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of quality experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine audits of operations in all departments to verify product quality and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with on-shift coworkers to cover key production lines and ensure continuous quality oversight.
• Enter data into databases and SPC software accurately.
• Conduct or assist in laboratory testing and measurement studies as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
• Perform sanitation tasks and audits to maintain compliance with food safety requirements.
• Guide new auditors on quality auditing procedures and best practices.
• Carry out warehouse or RMA audits with proper handling and documentation.
• Analyze data and communicate findings to operations staff for timely corrective actions.
• Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and enduring a long, loud industrial environment.
