Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead vendor qualification and material qualification activities in a regulated manufacturing setting. The role supports the Hopewell site in ensuring ongoing compliance and inspection readiness through robust change control and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and at least two years of experience in QA or regulatory affairs.
• Experience with vendor qualification, change control, and supplier change management.
• Familiarity with inspection readiness and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification of new vendors and materials and maintain the Approved Vendor List.
• Track vendor reassessments and ensure ongoing compliance across sites.
• Manage change controls, documentation, and QA agreements for vendor changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external QA teams to support audits and inspections.
• Support FDA inspection readiness activities and supplier qualification processes.
