Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator for its Whole Blood center in Monroe, LA. The role focuses on QA activities, regulatory compliance, and the coordination of all training initiatives for center personnel.

The incumbent will collaborate with Center Manager and Regional Quality Manager to ensure product quality, donor safety, and adherence to SOPs, while leading staff development and audit responses. Regular Full-Time status and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting FDA regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to audit processes, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Proven track record in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong documentation practices and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and training activities in the Whole Blood center per SOPs and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare responses, and track corrective actions.
• Lead staff training, monitor competency, and ensure cGMP training is documented.
• Review test results and verify donor records for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate deviations and customer complaints with root-cause analysis.
