Grifols in Everett, WA is seeking a Quality Systems Associate to support QA and training activities ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Under the Quality Systems Manager, you will review equipment QC, document deviations, and assist with product release and training.

The role includes reviewing donor center records, adverse events, and center documentation, with occasional coverage when the manager is absent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typically no previous related experience required.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and cGMP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Completes weekly review of equipment QC and maintenance records.
• Investigates deviations and customer complaints related to product quality.
• Inspects and releases incoming supplies and reports non-conforming items.
• Performs documentation review for test results.
• Assists with training and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Performs product release activities.
• Reviews donor center documentation and adverse events.
