Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Quality Assurance Testing professional to manage diverse testing processes. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Software QA, with knowledge of Pega PRPC and SQL. Familiarity with FDA regulations and experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies are also preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Software QA and Testing.
• Experience with FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP desirable.
• Trained on PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
• Experience with QA across SDLC processes and quality-centered practices.
• Experience with offshore teams and multi-project environments.
• Good knowledge of SQL and regulatory QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional, regression, integration testing.
• Work with offshore teams.
• Conduct performance analysis using PRPC’s Performance Analyzer.
• Adhere to SDLC processes and QA activities within product lifecycles.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure timely QA deliverables.
• Review PRPC rules such as validations and service levels.
• Familiar with Project View tool; 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP familiarity desirable.

Title: Quality Assurance Testing (Pega PRPC/PlanView)

Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities

• Manual Testing team member to manage functional, regression, integration/interfaces, conversion, reports, end to end testing.
• Experience in Biopharma / Biotechnology / Clinical Research Organization is a plus.
• Experience with agile software practices and managing work across more than one project.
• Experience with various SDLC processes and how various QA activities and quality-centered best practices fit into such product development lifecycles.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience providing Software QA and Testing services.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Experience using PRPC developer portals and Rules Explorer.
• Trained on PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC), including both Fundamentals as well as Bootcamp.
• Experience using PRPC’s Clipboard for testing.
• Experience using PRPC’s Performance Analyzer (PAL) to take performance readings for subsequent performance analysis.
• Experience reviewing and verifying such PRPC rules as validation rules and service levels.
• Experience with Project View tool – preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP desirable.
• Good knowledge of SQL is must.
• Knowledge of HP Quality Center 10.x or higher version.
• JIRA exposure is a plus.
• Experience in Agile and waterfall methodology preferred.
• Good communication skills.
