Job summary

Eagle Labs, Inc is seeking aFull Time Clerical QA/Production support in Seminole, FL. You will handle sampling, inspections, reviews, audits and training related to quality protocols and cGMP standards.

The role requires two years of QA or production experience in pharma or dietary supplements, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Attendance is critical, with responsibilities spanning documentation, log books, and batch records.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in QA or production, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplements industry.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software such as Excel and Word.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Submit samples daily for finished goods and validation studies.
• Inspect production areas before production starts on a product.
• Inspect equipment before production starts and sign the cleaning log books.
• Inspect labels for correct label, expiration date and lot number against the Batch Production Record.
• Inspect finished goods in the shipping area for correct QC Status.
• Review test results and place with Batch Production Record and Validation Protocol.
• Review Batch Production Records in production for completeness.
• Review Validation Protocols so they are ready when production starts.
• Audit Batch Production Records to ensure completeness before QA review.
• Conduct training for validation protocols and participate in cGMP training.
