Nestlé USA is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure our products meet safety, consistency, and compliance standards on the production floor. You will review documentation, perform inspections, and provide quality guidance to production teams.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality systems are essential. The role supports GMP compliance and requires 1–3 years of manufacturing or QA experience. Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or quality assurance experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll help ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety, consistency, and compliance. You’ll work directly on the production floor, reviewing documentation, performing inspections, and supporting teams with quality guidance. Your attention to detail and commitment to doing things right help us deliver the products people love — with confidence and care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform in-process testing and AQL inspections

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift

• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

SKILLS

• Proficiency with using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing equipment

• Able to read, write, and understand English

• Team-oriented and dependable

Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
