Job summary

Jabil in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated individual to join the QA Department by providing administrative and technical support to the Quality Engineer. You will assist with data preparation, routine audits, MES setup for new and existing products, and support manufacturing inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, basic technical aptitude, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Technical associate degree preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of electronic component handling.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows and related software.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visuals.
• Ability to follow simple instructions with limited variables.
• Ability to read short instructions, memos, and basic numbers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with visual aids.
• Assist the Quality Engineer or Quality Technician/s in the engineering function.
• Prepare the raw data for analysis.
• Routine process and product audits.
• Follow up on new product introduction and experiments as requested from leadership
• Review defect samples and check the purge process.
• Help to setup MES for new and existing products.
• Follow up the execution of DA, ECN and CAPA.
• Review non-conformance material and products.
• Perform and assist production inspections to meet customer demand.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
