Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections to meet the standards set by the organization
• Perform quality control reviews of audio files and associated documents
• Focus on corrective actions to make sure the products meet specifications
• Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
• Work with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding specific information related to product information and production
• Constant updating of job knowledge by reading specific information related to product information and production
• Find solutions to customers complaints and feedback
• Write reports and submit them to the quality control manager
• Assist with checking and updating quality control policies
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality and compliance standards
• Other duties as assigned
