Job summary

Georg Fischer LLC is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector/Technician to support our quality policy and testing processes at the Arkansas site. You will prepare samples, run destructive and nondestructive tests, and verify conformity to ASTM, NSF, and UL standards while recording data and generating reports.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to read and write English clearly and concisely.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the established Quality policy and system.
• Select products and prepare samples for tests at production stages.
• Set up and perform destructive and nondestructive tests on materials.
• Ensure 100% compliance with ASTM, NSF, UL and related standards.
• Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures.
• Raise quality concerns to management and assist in problem solving.
• Operate lift truck and assist with material handling as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE procedures.
