Job summary

HyPro Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance Technician - CMM Operator to join the 2nd or 3rd shift quality team.

You will perform dimensional inspections on castings on the shop floor using CMM and hand gauges, applying GD&T to ensure blueprint accuracy and consistency. In this CNC manufacturing environment, you will review CMM reports, collaborate with setup personnel to adjust processes, and maintain inspection records.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing or machining setting.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Solid math skills, geometry and trigonometry are a plus.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a detail-driven CMM Operator to join our 2nd or 3rd shift Quality team. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring precision and consistency as we machine castings into blueprint-ready components. Key Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) per prints and specifications
• Apply GD&T principles to complete detailed part inspections
