Job summary

You'll inspect parts, read blueprints, and verify measurements with tapes and gauges, while documenting results and collaborating with production teams. This full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in an open manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ years in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Verify parts to print using a tape measure.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to work without supervision; detail-oriented.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspects parts to blueprints/design drawings.
• Cross-train in other areas of the Quality Control Department and fill in when the need arises.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurately and neatly completed including pictures of loads.
• Uses various dimensioning tools (i.e. tape measure, 6” rules, combination squares, levels, etc).
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with personnel of the Quality Department and all departments at Sabre.
• Additional duties as assigned
