Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection processes.
• Collaborate with production associates to improve processes and measurement methods.
• Conduct metallurgical testing.
• Assist in developing product acceptance criteria and inspection process improvements.
• Develop or improve documented procedures to enhance quality and production processes.
• Train personnel in quality procedures, inspection, and testing methods.
• Assist with calibration of gauges and inspection equipment.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in manufacturing, quality engineering, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methods.
• Proficiency in manufacturing inspection and analysis methods.
• Understanding of ISO 9001/14001 standards.
• Familiarity with calibration methods.
• Knowledge of metallurgical processes and micrographic analysis is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
