Job summary

Pilgrim's in Athens, GA is seeking a QA/Quality Assurance Technician to perform HACCP, SSOP and quality checks, ensuring products meet plant, USDA, and customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety.

You will document results, support sanitation checks, and work with production staff to maintain accurate records and drive continuous improvement. A basic understanding of microbiology and pathogen reduction techniques is preferred.
