Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Mason, OH is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure bottles meet drawings, specifications and QA procedures. The role emphasizes data collection, inspection, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a 12-hour day shift on a 2/2/4 rotation.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in manufacturing with quality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as part of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing experience required, 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Must interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor quality of finished product and packaging.
• Setup and maintain product files in Infinity QS.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and control charts.
• Coordinate quality control training for employees.
• Lead continuous quality improvement activities.
• Assist in customer complaints investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct process audits and inspections.
