Job summary

Allied Plastics LLC in Twin Lakes, WI is seeking a Quality Technician to join our fast-paced thermoforming team. You will help ensure products meet customer requirements, identify quality concerns, and support PPAP activities in a manufacturing environment.

This first-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $25–$28 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, employer-sponsored Life Insurance and Disability, a strong 401(k)

We’re looking for a Quality Technician with hands-on manufacturing experience, a strong understanding of production part approval process (PPAP), and the ability to confidently analyze and resolve quality issues. Plastics manufacturing experience is preferred and will give a Quality Technician a great advantage in this role.The ideal Quality Technician is detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and passionate about doing things right. This role is an excellent fit for an experienced Quality Technician, Quality Specialist, or PPAP Technician who understands how quality impacts production, customers, and the entire organization.
