Job summary

LLOYD, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 3rd shift in Shenandoah, IA. The role focuses on in-process checks of tablets and bottles, equipment and room releases, and sampling raw materials, ensures QA compliance with GMP/GLP regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting QA/QC and production teams, and adhering to corporate SOPs. This position requires detail orientation and the ability to meet daily deadlines in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent math skills and precision in measurements.
• Chemistry knowledge would be helpful.
• Must be detailed, quality oriented, and able to keep accurate, legible records and meet deadlines.
• Must be physically able to perform all QA technician functions.
• Must work well in a team with QA, QC, production, traffic and maintenance staff.
• Must handle balances, counting and calibration equipment.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TECH – 3rd Shift Openings in Shenandoah – LLOYD, Inc.

LLOYD, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Tech. This employee would be responsible for in-process checking of tablets and bottles, release of equipment and rooms, receiving and counting labeling, sampling raw materials, mixes and tablets, in process QA checks and for other QA functions which are mandated by the GMP and the GLP Regulations of the FDA and the Corporate Operating Procedures.

The candidate must be open to additional training for QA certifications and possibly cross training in production.
