Prudential Overall Supply in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support document control and QA functions in our uniform laundry service facility. This full-time professional role involves collaborating with a team to maintain quality standards and support audits.

Responsibilities include reading specs, using analytical tools, scheduling daily workload, writing reports, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Must have either QA experience or an AA degree or completion of a technical or vocational program with college coursework.
• Customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Communicate with customers during visits or audits.

• Assists corporate Quality Assurance in the performance of Internal Audits of the Quality Management System.
• Assists corporate Quality Assurance during customer and third party audits.
• Coaches and trains other plant employees.
• Assist in the implementation of Quality System throughout the Distribution Center.
• Investigates non-conformance's and corrective actions. Perform root cause analyses and corrective actions as needed for product excursions.
• Attends monthly plant management reviews, risk management meetings, CAPA meetings, and supplier non-conformance report meetings.

Prudential Overall Supply is looking to hire a Senior Quality Assurance Technician. • Must have Either Quality Assurance Experience OR Minimum of AA Degree or completion of technical or vocational program with college or university coursework in programs
• Basic computer Skills
