The role requires frequent lifting of boxes weighing up to 55 pounds from the floor to table or pallet heights, along with continuous standing and walking throughout a 9.5-hour shift. The position also involves pushing and pulling stacks of parts weighing up to 200 pounds over distances of up to 100 feet.Employees must perform repetitive reaching to handle products from crates, boxes, and conveyors, as well as regularly bend, squat, twist, and stoop during product handling tasks. Frequent wrist manipulation is required for inserting and removing parts from machinery.The Quality Technician works in a production environment where safety glasses and safety-toe shoes, must be worn at all times. The workspace includes exposure to temperature variations ranging from 45°F to 110°F, as well as fumes, solvents, and dust, with occasional handling of hazardous chemicals or oils.
