Dawn Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I for the Denver Manufacturing Plant on the nights shift. You will perform daily quality activities, including audits, in-process and lab testing to ensure ingredients and finished goods meet specifications.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with basic lab equipment. You will help identify issues, report them, and support corrective actions in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Rotational Schedule Monday-Saturday 4:30PM-4:30AM (Initial training will be on dayshift)
As a Quality Assurance Technician I, you will be responsible for performing daily quality activities in the plant which includes but not limited to process audit, GMP audits, various in process or laboratory testing to ensure every ingredient and finished good meet product specifications. The Quality Technician is responsible for identifying quality issues, reporting them to the appropriate person and initiating the corrective action process.
