Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join the QA Leadership Team in Bloomington, IN. The role supervises QALO personnel and provides quality oversight to manufacturing, ensuring finished products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will drive training, investigations, and continuous improvement while maintaining audit readiness and adherence to Simtra SOPs and GDP across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a science discipline with 2+ years in Pharma Quality/Manufacturing or related GXP work.
• Associate's degree plus 3+ years in Pharma Quality/Manufacturing or related GXP work.
• No degree with 5+ years in Pharma Quality/Manufacturing or related GXP work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QALO personnel and provide quality oversight on the production floor.
• Lead investigations/deviation reports and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain training, compliance, and GMP/GxP adherence across shifts and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support audit readiness.
