• We are hiring immediately for a full time QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISORposition.

• Requirement: Prior food safety QA experience is required.
• Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to$25.00 per hour.

Additional Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations as per the established matrix.

Maintain detailed records of quality and safety inspections and findings. Ensure that all documentation complies with regulatory standards and is accessible for audits and compliance checks.

Review quality control records, take necessary actions, and retrain production staff as needed.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
